Our Co-Founders

Richard Earley, MAI  is our Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer.  Richard has over 30 years of experience as a licensed commercial and residential appraiser throughout the United States.  He has served over 20 years working within the banking industry managing appraisal departments and teams.   He has extensive experience with reviewing commercial and residential appraisals, business valuations, M&E appraisals and evaluations.

Mr. Earley has worked closely with Loan Committees, Credit Risk Managers, Lending Management, and Bank Officers.  Additionally, he has hands on experience with the management and disposal of Special Assets.

He has written appraisal policy and procedures for financial institutions and has extensive knowledge of Interagency Guidelines, USPAP, working with bank regulators and banking compliance issues.

Mr. Earley obtained his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Real Estate Finance from the University of North Texas.  He is currently a licensed certified general appraiser in multiple states serving the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic United States.

Barbara Enyeart, CFP® is our Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer.  Barbara has over 20 years of experience with real estate lending, sales and investing.  She has worked closely with loan originators, underwriters, appraisers and real estate valuations.

Her experience includes personal real estate investments, equity & fixed income investments, and business ownership.

Ms. Enyeart obtained a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration from Stephens College in Columbia, Mo.  She obtained her Executive Certificate in Financial Planning from Duke University.  Barbara also holds Real Estate Broker's licenses in North Carolina and Missouri.
